효 means filial piety
정 means an unbreakable relationship of affection
I see it like this: Hyo-jeong means that you know where you come from, from God. And you know where you're going, you follow God's will, you help create His world.
I don't know much about God, but we see His traits in everything around us, yes, we may call Him Heavenly Parents. Thinking about all this, the word "lineage" seems very meaningful to me...
