Good people think that when they give in to evil people that evil people will be satisfied. But it doesn't work that way. Evil people know actually that they are evil, but they don't know how to help themselves. So they continue to bother good people, in the hope that these will help them...
The point is: Giving in to evil is not the solution. The solution is turning evil people into good people.
