Communism is alive and well in the Western mind. The essence is the victim-mentality. It is a perversion of Christianity. Jesus said "do good unto others", but these people transformed it into "doing good unto myself" and feeling sorry for myself. There is no future and hope in such thinking. The hope comes from knowing your parents. Asians will understand this.
